Where to begin... I'm Lauren and I'm 22 and I've lived in Scotland all my life. I attended various schools in Dunfermline before going off to college to do my NC in Technical Theatre. All went well with that and I passed with flying colours so I could go on and get my degree in Stage Management at Queen Margaret University. It was a fun course to do with not much writing involved, which suited me just fine! Fast forward three years to July 2006 and I got my degree, a BA in Stage Management and Theatre Production. Woohoo! So glad those three years are over. Between my parents getting divorced, me feeling really down, breaking all the ligaments round my knee and scummy boyfriends, its three years that I don't wish to see again.
After university I moved back in with my Dad in Kirkcaldy which was ok apart from we are too similar to each other and we were always arguing. I haven't really done that much. I have been in a couple of jobs now and I've now been settled in Search Recruitment pre-screening people since January 2007. Still looking to work in theatre as theatre will always be a big part of my life.
I love to travel and this is adding another long journey to my books. Haven't really covered USA as of yet, so really looking forward to this trip. It's a long one with a lot of driving but it will be worth it!
